ReplyDeleteAbout the WW2 Vet, his name is Peter and he is 88 years old. He said he used to be a "song and dance man" before the war even, and when Charlie Chaplin would come to NY, he would stop in and ask him to come sing and play his harmonica with him.
I was interviewing him for a documentary I'm doing.
I'll keep you updated if you're interested :D Super fascinating man!
He says that he's lucky enough to have people still enjoy his harmonicas and that is what keeps him going...
